Parking In Croatan

There is limited on-street, time-restricted parking in Croatan. It is well marked, as are the no-parking areas. As posted, towing is enforced.  The City of Virginia Beach operates a large parking lot year-round adjacent to Camp Pendleton at the south end of Vanderbilt Avenue that has restrooms, showers and changing facilities.  The hours of this parking lot are posted at the entrance.  Parking is free from October 1st through March 31st.  From April 1st through September 30th, there is a fee for parking and the cost is posted at the entrance.

Temporary Parking  Permit Policy
